Do you also do the removal work? No — 1st Phase Environmental provides independent consulting, testing, monitoring, oversight, protocols, and clearance services. We do not perform remediation or asbestos removal.

What do you need from me for an estimate? Send the property address, the area or material involved, the reason for testing, your timeline, and any available plans, photographs, prior reports, or contractor scope.

Can you oversee my abatement contractor? Yes — project oversight, air monitoring, field documentation, coordination with the abatement contractor, and final close-out reporting.

Do you provide mold clearance testing? Yes — independent post-remediation assessment and clearance testing based on the approved protocol and site conditions.
